Manage the Customer Service Department for the steam turbine division and ensure the highest levels of customer responsiveness and support.
Additional responsibilities include:
Analysis of purchasing trends and vendor sales history.
Reduction of non-stock inventory.
Technical and administrative oversight of nonconformances and customer returns.
Oversight of activities related to ISO certification, six sigma and other quality initiatives that affect the turbine division.
Internal ISO audits.
ISO manual revisions and procedural changes.
